I enjoy supporting and empowering women and young adults from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing challenges related to: anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, fertility, work-life balance, life transitions, and issues stemming from low self-worth. 

I believe that the right therapeutic relationship can guide and empower you toward healing and strengthening resilience. I practice individual and group therapy using several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and experiential techniques, tailoring them to meet your specific needs and unique life circumstances.

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider, I am especially passionate about women’s mental health during pregnancy, the postnatal period, and beyond. I have completed additional training at Postpartum Support International (PSI) that has equipped me to support birthing and non-birthing people.
